Requirements:  Discuss & record patient’s physical, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs. Discuss & record patient’s and families’ learning needs. Provides patients and families with appropriate educational materials. Advocates for patients. Promotes wellness & healthful behaviors & administers prescribed medications and treatments. Accepts verbal orders per GRH policy and procedure within scope of practice & documents in the medical record according to GRH policy and procedure. Administers prescribed medications & treatments. Prepares exam room, procedure room, equipment and assists provider. Prefer experience in med/surg or clinic setting.
