Description:
Requirements: Current Oregon certified CMA or LPN/RN license in good standing. Ability to assess patient's physical needs including pain assessment, patient's psychosocial and behavioral health needs, patient’s and families learning needs. Advocate for patients. Promote wellness and health promotion behaviors. Provide patients and families with appropriate education. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Accept verbal order per GRH policy & procedure and document in the electronic medical record according to GRH policy and procedure. Prepare exam room, procedure room, equipment and assists providers.
