Requirements:  Current Oregon RN License in good standing. Ability to communicate therapeutically, both written and verbal. Demonstrates ability to apply the nursing process to patient care in a clinic setting and expertise in clinical nursing. Ability to multi-task; must have good organizational and time management skills. Skills in developing & maintaining effective working relationships with nursing staff. Maintain regulatory requirements, including all state, federal and JCAHO regulations related to patient care services. Possess the ability to provide care for the patients’ age-specific cultural, physical, and psychosocial well-being & the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients, family members, visitors, physicians, & general public. Able to establish priorities & coordinate work activities of self and clinic nursing staff. Must demonstrate strong personal integrity & be able to move heavy objects and may be required to assist or move patients of all weight sizes in a safe manner.
