Have you ever wanted to increase your speed, agility, and quickness? Most sports demand an athlete’s top level of performance with regards to quickness and reaction. This camp will help you progress toward that kind of performance.
The emphasis of this camp will be on acceleration, plyomectrics, lateral quickness, shuffle-step, crossover-step, back-pedaling, and starting positions for a 40/60 yard run. Camp participants will be instructed in proper warm-up, cool-down, and injury-prevention techniques, resulting from improved mechanics during running and jumping. Participants will also be given the opportunity for one-on-one time with an instructor to discuss technique errors. If you desire to improve your quickness in ANY sport, then this is the camp for you!
